ICACIT Quality Policy
ICACIT is an international accrediting agency specializing in undergraduate and graduate programs in Architecture, Science, Computer Science, Engineering, and Engineering Technology. It is dedicated to evaluation activities for accreditation purposes, training, and consulting. ICACIT has decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard to improve the services it provides to educational institutions. ICACIT's Senior Management is committed to the scope of its Quality Management System for its evaluation processes for accreditation and training in educational quality at national and international higher education institutions. This commitment is based on its fundamental pillars: the quality of its services, the satisfaction of its clients and stakeholders, and the continuous improvement of the System's effectiveness. To this end, ICACIT's Quality Management System is based on:
• Quality and continuous improvement are the responsibility of all members of the institution.
• Quality is achieved by planning, implementing, reviewing, and improving the Management System, always keeping in mind the institution's context, both internal and external.
• Quality is geared towards the satisfaction of all our clients and stakeholders, through the commitment of the entire institution to meet their needs and requirements, as well as legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Quality is based on the continuous improvement of service delivery, seeking the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in which error prevention is a fundamental aspect.
• Quality requires the training, participation, and collaboration of all employees; therefore, this Policy is disseminated throughout the institution for its awareness and understanding.
